Her background includes 13 years in university counseling centers prior to starting her telehealth practice, plus licensure in VA, CA, MA, and DC.

Sessions are 45 minutes and cost $250. Rachel does not accept insurance directly, but may provide monthly paperwork for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Teletherapy is available in Virginia, California, Massachusetts, and Washington, DC. In-person therapy is available at 8001 Forbes Place, Suite 211, North Springfield, VA 22151.
